Our latest development in Wellswood, Torquay was the conversion of 2 x Grade 2 listed buildings into 12 stunning apartments.

The former care home was derelict for 2 years prior to us purchasing the properties and getting started. A full ‘back to brick’ conversion was required here, and the 12 months that followed proved to be both very testing, as well as rewarding.

We are extremely happy with the finished product, and it’s fantastic to be able to drive past now seeing that all 12 new apartment owners are taking the care and consideration to maintain this beautiful property how it should be.

For this project we were nominated and became finalists for the LABC Building Excellence Award.

As well as new build projects - restoring derelict and unloved buildings is a passion of ours. Bringing unloved buildings back to life once again is a great motivator and knowing that we are creating much needed homes also gives us a great sense of pride in our work.
